Eventfully reviews its user comments for potential legal violations, and expressly reserves the right to remove any user comments it deems offensive and/or inappropriate.
Eventfully does not guarantee that the base price estimates it provides are actual firm prices All prices must be negotiated with vendors directly. Eventfully has no control nor role in this process other than to facilitate it and provide the tools necessary to submit offers and counteroffers.

At Eventfully your privacy is paramount. We promise never to sell your identity, contact information, financial data, or email address to any outside entity, unless you specifically authorize us to do so. This means that you don't have to worry about receiving emails from websites you've never even heard of because we shared your info with them.
Furthermore all online transactions involving credit cards shall be conducted on encrypted pages which comply with SSL protocol.
Naturally any comments that you publicly make may be seen by other users. We therefore advise you to use a screen name which is different from your family name.

This means, specifically, that, once you initiate the booking process you agree not to sign any contract with that vendor, which has not been approved by Eventfully.
Eventfully is not responsible for any damages resulting from the actions, errors, or omissions of any vendor booked through this website unless they are in whole or significant part, caused by the negligence of any of Eventfully's agents, servants or employees.
Eventfully is happy to call any vendor any vendor booked through this website to help resolve any problems related to the specifics of the written contract between you and that vendor; however we are not able to deal with additional matters not stated within the agreement, unless you have also purchased event planning services from us which pertain to those areas.
